Jude was enormously informative, as he provided the assessment, reaffirming the cause of bad smells and providing a reasonable estimate. Jude also provided valuable counsel when I was in doubt about even reinstalling the duct insulation (as I feared mold might return). The wonderful crew boss, Shafeek, supervised his team perfectly in replacing our moldy and sloppily installed original insulation inside our A/C ducts (caused by poor construction) with far superior product and top workmanship. They cleaned the entire A/C systems and took care to cover everything beforehand and clean after themselves. The team has great synergy and work diligently, and they were always pleasant and respectful to us and each other, explaining what they were doing when they're asked.
