Using a DAC accredited laboratory, we provide you with testing for Mold and Yeast, Carbon Monoxide, Carbon Dioxide, Oxygen, Relative Humidity, Temperature, Particulate Matter 10 and well as LEED IAQ Testing in accordance with IAQ Credit 3.2 – Carbon Dioxide, Formaldehyde, Particulate Matter 10, 4-PCH and Total Volatile Organic Compounds. In addition to providing you with the laboratory test report, we place the report in context to your environment. We will then create a best practice plan for you and your property to improve your indoor air quality.

-> Mold Testing and Consultancy

There are thousands of types of bacteria in our environment. When these bacteria meet a moisture source on any organic building material it creates a perfect breeding ground for it to grow, usually causing mold damage. We provide consultancy services to ensure the safe removal of mold affected debris from any particular project as well as perform the remediation works in full conformance to IICRC S520 and NADCA ACR 2013.

Whether it is a newly constructed building, an existing building or any other property Dubai Green Building Code and Estidama,  all buildings need to ensure that their HVAC systems are certified as clean in accordance with NADCA ACR 2013 and TR19. At Envida Technical Services, we have NADCA certified air system cleaning specialists (ASCS) and ventilation system mold remediators (VSMR). Our surveys consist of using a wide range of visual and quantitative methods to determine HVAC cleanliness of all components of the HVAC system.

Our infra-red thermal imaging services can provide you with real time data to determine defects that can lead to equipment failure, energy loss or environmental damage. The applications of infra-red thermal imaging services are wide ranging and can be used on electrical distribution systems, fired equipment, heat exchangers, missing or damaged refractory or insulation layers, VOC detection, interface levels in storage tanks to name a few.
